• Cloudflare, Inc., for content delivery and security.
• Google Ireland / Google LLC, for reCAPTCHA and the processing of Gemini-based AI features.
• Zoho Corporation, for email delivery.

Retention

• Enquiries and pre-contractual relationships: up to 12 months from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
• Technical and security logs: between 3 and 12 months, depending on their sensitivity and severity.
• AI-tool conversations are not retained as a permanent conversation history on this website, except for technical records required to secure the service.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacidad@aerakon.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
